Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Clinical Trials Training Function and Team.
Delegate responsibilities, manage performance, and continuously review and improve training processes.
Own the design of product and system training, including methods, systems/platforms, channels, and media.
Deliver comprehensive training for both internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate client training events in partnership with Senior Project Leaders, Clinical Leads, and clients.
Plan and manage equipment and personnel for training events.
Enhance the capabilities of Vitalograph trainers through 'Train-the-Trainer' courses and assessments.
Validate and monitor trainer competency to ensure high standards.
Review and update training materials, programs, and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
Gather feedback from customers and staff to inform Quality Management Systems, Training, and Marketing materials.
Provide training feedback to sponsors and Vitalograph product/service owners.
Represent clients' needs within Vitalograph and convey our values and expertise to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Recognised training qualification.
Experience in customer service and managing customer expectations.
Expertise in creating training media, methods, and channels.
Proficiency in process design and management for developing and maintaining training programs.
Strong knowledge of Vitalograph products and services within the context of clinical trials.

Client-Focused:  Listen to and understand client needs, offering effective solutions and managing expectations.
