As a Training lead, you'll be an essentialpart of delivering and facilitating our day 1 culture for theTransportation Associate Programme (TAP) drivers in theUK.
ATS Learning is looking for a TrainingLead with a proven track record of delivering results andexperience in learning and development to support the journey ofour TAP drivers.
In this role you will support drivers goingthrough the training programme by delivering day 1 training andcoordinating their learning journey as they progress to be LineHaul eligible drivers.
Key jobresponsibilities * Deliver Day 1 Training including bothpractical and classroom training * Liaise with 3rd PartyTrainers on site * Manage test bookings and schedulingfor drivers undergoing TAP training * Communicate tointernal stakeholders including Operations, Safety, HR andLearning * Internally audit training * Updateand maintain accurate training records A dayin the life As a training lead you will work with a rangeof stakeholders to manage our drivers learning journey.
This rangesfrom booking tests and updating training records to delivering day1 training and facilitating an excellent day one experience.
You'llwork as part of the EU ATS Learning Org working closely withcolleagues in the UK.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS - Experience in a training andadministrative role - Strong IT Skills including advanceduse of MS Excel - Written and verbal English to a highbusiness level - Experience working with in person andremote stakeholder - A valid Full UK drivingLicence PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Anadditional language such as Italian, German or French -Excellent presentation skills - Ability to be able tomanage large groups of trainees remotely and in person -Attention to detail and experience managing legally compliantrecords - Experience in driver training or working as aprofessional driver This is a 5 day on site role workingday shift.
As part of the role there will be some travel requiredto support launches, train the trainer sessions and programmedevelopment.
In peak periods this could be up to 80%travel.
