Job Title: Training Lead We are seeking a highly experienced Training Lead to join our team at ATS Learning.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results and experience in learning and development.
About the Role: Deliver Day 1 Training, including both practical and classroom training, to ensure our TAP drivers receive an excellent day one experience.
Liaise with 3rd Party Trainers on site to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Manage test bookings and scheduling for drivers undergoing TAP training, ensuring timely and efficient progress through the program.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Safety, HR, and Learning, to ensure alignment and coordination of training efforts.
Internally audit training to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Update and maintain accurate training records, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
Key Qualifications: Experience in a training and administrative role, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving growth.
Strong IT skills, including advanced use of MS Excel, to analyze data and inform training decisions.
Written and verbal English to a high business level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with in-person and remote stakeholders, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and work styles.
A valid Full UK driving Licence, with a strong understanding of driver safety protocols and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications: An additional language, such as Italian, German, or French, to support international collaboration and training initiatives.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Ability to manage large groups of trainees remotely and in person, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Attention to detail and experience managing legally compliant records, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Experience in driver training or working as a professional driver, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
About the Team: As a member of our EU ATS Learning Org, you will work closely with colleagues in the UK to deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our TAP drivers.
This is a 5-day on-site role, working day shift, with some travel required to support launches, train-the-trainer sessions, and program development.
