Training Lead

Training Lead for Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) We are seeking a highly skilled Training Lead to join our team at Amazon, in the UK.
As a key member of the EU ATS Learning Organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering and facilitating our day 1 culture for TAP drivers.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the journey of our TAP drivers through training and development, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from Day 1.
Your primary objectives will include: Delivering high-quality Day 1 training, encompassing both practical and classroom elements Managing test bookings and scheduling for drivers undergoing TAP training Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Safety, HR, and Learning Collaborating with various stakeholders to oversee the learning journey of our drivers, including booking tests, updating training records, and delivering excellent Day 1 experiences To succeed in this role, you will require: Experience in a training and administrative capacity Strong IT skills, particularly advanced use of MS Excel Excellent written and verbal English communication skills A valid Full UK driving Licence An additional language such as Italian, German, or French The ability to manage large groups of trainees remotely and in person Previous experience in driver training or working as a professional driver This is a 5-day on-site role, working a standard day shift, with some travel required to support launches, train-the-trainer sessions, and programme development.
In peak periods, this may involve up to 80% travel.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
