Your mission will be to empower prisoners to recognize and record their skills and work experiences, motivating them to fully engage in their work.
You'll guide them in completing their Employability Passport and reflecting on their progress, helping them see the value of their journey.
Your approach will incorporate restorative practices, fostering accountability and personal growth while helping prisoners build positive relationships and take responsibility for their work.
Assist prisoners in completing their Employability Passport, tracking skills development and reflections.
Help prisoners recognize and record their work skills, emphasizing their value for future employment.
Guide personal development through reflection on work experiences and goal-setting.
Collaborate with staff to align skills development with individual resettlement plans.
A passion for coaching and supporting others on their path to success.
Experience in employability skills development or a similar role.
