Company Description Training Coordinator  Remote Role, must be UK based with eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship £27,000  per annum  Full-time, permanent (9am-5pm Monday-Friday) This is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the Role: As a Training Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) team by managing key administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
You will work closely with the Compliance Admin Team, Regional Trainers, employees, and candidates across the organisation.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful training programs that help develop our workforce and maintain our high standards of care.
Job Description As a Training Coordinator at City and County Healthcare Group , you will be essential to maintaining the efficient operation of our training programs.
Your role will include scheduling induction, refresher, and specialist training sessions to meet business demands and ensure compliance.
You will coordinate with external training providers as needed, manage day-to-day queries, and monitor course attendance to maximise trainer utilisation.
Additionally, you will manage and update the LMS system, troubleshoot issues, and assist employees with accessing their training.
Reporting responsibilities include producing monthly training activity reports and supporting Registered Managers and the Quality team during inspections.
