You will: Design and deliver impactful training for FCA-certified staff.
Onboard new teams and upskill colleagues in new products, processes, and systems.
Create engaging digital and in-person training content.
Ensure quality, compliance, and seamless integration into BAU.
You'll bring: RQF Level 4 Diploma.
Proven success in training within a regulated environment.
? Experience with investment platforms and digital training tools (Rise, Articulate).
