Base Salary : c.£65,000 Holidays: 29 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Early Friday Finishes Bonus: up to 10% Our client, a growing wealth management firm, are looking for a T&C Manager to join the business.
This person will be responsible for providing oversight and structure to the training and competence of financial planners within the group.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relevant T&C processes for supervisors and attaining competence process for all certified staff, providing training and guidance where necessary.
Manage and conduct the induction programme for new advisors, including the sign off process.
Manage the training and development requirements throughout the business and consult with the necessary colleagues to arrange relevant training/CPD sessions, delivering them where appropriate.
Experience Required: Achieved the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent.
Significant prior experience in a T&C role, specifically within Financial Advice.
