Key Responsibilities: - Accurately record new employees' skills and qualifications, ensuring all necessary certifications are obtained promptly.
- Monitor and schedule essential refresher training to maintain compliance and ensure team readiness.
- Guide Directors and Managers on specific role training requirements for maximum impact.
- Act as the main point of contact for compliance training sourcing and scheduling.
What We are looking for: - A strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and Word.
- The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
