Purpose of the Role As a Trainer at ZO Skin Health, you will support experienced skincare practitioners with engaging specialist education on and offline to enable long term loyalty and business growth.
This role is pivotal in developing our skincare practitioner's skills, ensuring they achieve the best results for their patients using ZO Skin Health products.
You will work in close collaboration with the Sales team, act as a brand ambassador to convert, engage, connect, and support accounts to become enthusiastic advocates, endorsing ZO Skin Health education, and strengthening our community of Skin Health experts.
Key Responsibilities Generate growth by efficiently delivering inspirational and value adding Education across multiple touchpoints including in-clinic, via ZO Skin Health academy centres and virtually Cultivate strong relationships with in-clinic teams to ensure the ZO Skin health company is the preferred partner Support the sales team on maintaining existing and developing new account business through Best-in-Class training of ZO Skin Health products, protocols and treatment courses Demonstrate, train, present, and communicate both on and offline to bring the brands core messages and education curriculum to life across all touchpoints.
Build reach, engagement and awareness through educational social media activations, empowering our community Work collaboratively with the sales team and be the centre of product expertise Commercially and sales savvy to coach high potential clinic owners/managers on business strategy & skill development certification Present new products, promotions and education opportunities during internal and external meetings Track and monitor training attendance and engagement, submitting reports with accuracy for management review Stay informed about the market, brands, and customers to ensure the collection of relevant market intelligence Skills & Qualifications 3+ years field and education experience within the aesthetics sector (desired) and/or professional skincare industry.
Min level 4 NVQ required Excellent presentation skills; including the confidence to present to large groups in a face to face and virtual environment.
Self-motivator with strong planning skills to maximise productivity time to support KPI achievements Demonstrate organised, solution-orientated thinking & actions.
Skilled in listening and adapting to various interpersonal styles, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with clinic owners/managers Excellent use of social media for customers and team communication (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook) Enthusiastic about the skincare industry, with a keen eye for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations Proficient with MS office Suite.
