Trainee Vda / Parts Person

Job DescriptionWe are a rapidly expanding company looking for a highly motivated individual who has an exceptional eye for detail to head up our VDA department and also Parts personThe successful candidate will have a great knowledge of the repair industry with an enthusiastic approach.
A team worker with good inter personal skills will be essential to join our already motivated and friendly team.The role will include Maximising estimating opportunitiesAchieving and exceeding estimating targetsIncreasing sales and chasing leadsDealing with customer/clients daily in a friendly mannerEstablishing procedures and policies in keeping with our company ethosMaintaining a very high-quality customer service and improving on itAble to mentor other VDAsalso working with our Parts department This position will suit someone already has 3 years experience working in a Bodyshop, or similar role somewhere else.
Mon – Friday, 7.30 to 4.30 for a 42.5 hour week.£32.5k per year basic.
22 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
