Trainee Technical Support

Were looking for a talented trainee technical support technician to join our team in Huddersfield.
You will already have a strong proven interest in all things computer related such as a hobby in coding or working with computers as well as a minimum of 1 year experience of working on a technical helpdesk.
The role involves speaking with customers over the phone so you must be confident on the phone and with communication in general.
We will train you to support 1st and 2nd line queries for Windows 10 and 11 desktops Windows and Linux servers.

Applicants will have a proven history of trying out Linux Desktop and Windows at home or in a work environment.
Please note this position is on site in our Huddersfield offices working in a small team.
