Trainee Store Manager

We are looking for a Trainee Store Manager to join a successful food retail/bakery business in Exeter.
This position will suit someone looking for a career, to join an established and successful company that will invest in you, develop you and progress you into a management position, and above all will give you an opportunity whatever background you come from.
You must to be able to drive to travel between store locations.

Trainee Manager - Is This You?
Ideally, but not essentially, some experience working in a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery or retail operation Good customer service skills A strong desire to learn, develop and progress Ambition An outgoing personality and positive can do attitude Trainee Manager - Main Duties Completing the 6 month training programme to develop you into an assistant manager/manager Working alongside the management team and learning the ropes Preparing food, serving customers, merchandising, handling cash, looking after stock Giving excellent customer service Supporting and supervising the small team Apply Today Please note: You must be resident in the UK and eligible to work.
