Our Technology Elevation Programme has opportunities available in two teams which play an integral part in the success of our business.
How our customers buy our product online (Ecommerce Development) and how we deliver it to them (Warehouse Development) Ecommerce Development You will working on all aspects of our state of the art, inhouse developed, ecommerce platform.
Our platform runs over 50 websites - including some of the biggest names in Retail.
You will provide innovative, fast, and reliable websites, mobile applications, and platform tools that enable best-in- class Digital Marketing, Trading, UX, Payments, and Fulfilment.
Managing the full software development lifecycle, you will ensure appreciation of quality assurance, continuous integration/delivery, and the benefits of automation.
Tech you will be exposed to: C# / ASP.Net Core MVC / .Net Core Javascript HTML 5 / CSS Relational and NoSQL databases Microservices architecture Javascript Frameworks: React / Angular / React Native / jQuery Warehouse Development Our Warehouse operation is an impressive, state of the art, 2.5m square foot Distribution Centre in Shirebrook, and one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK, with a wide range of cutting-edge automation systems.
You will be working as part of an Agile team, on the applications that drive operations within our warehouse, a warehouse which billions of pounds worth of produce goes through every year.
You will be integrating state-of-the-art automation equipment including sorters and automated storage and retrieval systems, migrating existing systems to a modern Warehouse Management System, and much more.

The Selection Process: (please read) Your application will be reviewed by the Recruitment Team, and you will be informed if you have been successful within 30 days.
Successful applications will be invited to complete a short online assessment, that measures aspects such as analytical skills, logic, reasoning and Frasers Group values and behaviours.
If you are successful at this point, you will be invited to complete a video interview with one of the Recruitment Team, where you will get the chance to show us your fearless qualities and ask any questions about the programme, team, or group.
Finally, the fearless few, will be invited to an onsite assessment centre, at our Shirebrook HQ in March 2025.
Assessment centre travel expenses will be covered by Frasers Group, including trains/milage and if necessary, hotels or flights.
Job offers will be issued in April and the start date for the programme is in September 2025.
