Job Title:  Trainee Sales Consultant  Location:  Reading Brand : SOWN  Salary:  £26,000 OTE + Company car as required.
Hours:  Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 10am to 4pm  About Sown:   We believe shared ownership is the future.

Job Summary and key responsibilities   Leaders Romans Group are leading multi-disciplined estate agents who operate across the country from over 300 offices.
We are looking for a Trainee/Sales Consultant to join our successful Shared Ownership sales team based in our Woodley office but covering the whole of England.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new sales whilst keeping our sellers updated with activity and advising on marketing strategy.
The candidate should be able to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face/remotely.
Working closely with the re-sales manager they will grow the re-sales business and develop their own career path.
Key Responsibilities:   Ringing through new enquiries received into the department  Delivering buyers results of their affordability assessments  Booking and (for some stock) carrying out property viewings  Attending client virtual/physical meetings  Regular call outs to the active sales database  Obtaining and providing viewing feedback to clients  Completing monthly reports for our Housing Providers when required Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone/Teams and face to face  Working towards and achieving personal and department targets  Handling and agreeing offers and price reductions  Representing the company in a professional manner  Advising sellers on Shared Ownership processes and criteria  Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, Housing Associations and Registered Providers.
What are we looking for:   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and the ability to prioritise accordingly Ability and confidence to spend a fair amount of your working day driving, sometimes long distance to sites (1.5 – 2hr radius) usually once or twice a week but sometimes more.
Strong organisational and administrative skills  Have strong people and communication skills  Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face  Be results orientated and driven to succeed  Work towards becoming skilled at generating viewing and cross selling opportunities and hitting targets  Computer literate  Be a team player  A full clean drivers licence is also required.
