Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, including senior leaders and recruitment points of contact .
Develop rapport with Teachers, Teaching Assistants , and other educational staff to support their career aspirations.
Generate new business through proactive sales calls and meetings with schools.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
Provide exceptional service to both schools and candidates, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
