My client is a Main dealership who are looking to recruit a Trainee Parts Advisor.
Salary: £20,000 Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday every other Saturday 8:30am – 1pm Location: Orpington / Bromley / Swanley Working within a busy department, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service.
The main priority will be to maintain a high level of service to the Workshop to ensure Technicians remain productive, and to attend to Retail counter customers.Trainee Parts Advisor Role: You will be working with a close who are thoroughly committed to deliver an excellent Parts service.You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts dept.
From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related mattersYou will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet Trade customer's expectationsYou have a good technical / mechanical understanding to aide your parts identification / up-sell technique As a Trainee Parts Advisor You: You will ideally have some form Parts Advisor experienceThis is a hands-on role, you will be liaising with all departmentsExcellent communication skills, attention to detail and working as part of a team
