Trainee Packer | £24,000 | Rotating Shifts (AM & PM) | Ferndown Purpose As a  Trainee Packer , you will be a key member of a supportive, close-knit team, playing a vital role in the day-to-day manufacturing and ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered throughout.

Hours: Rotating weekly - 6am to 2pm / 8am to 4pm / 2pm to 10pm.
Responsibilities  As a Trainee Packer, you'll be responsible for:  Packing products into boxes Inspecting products for defects and damage Sealing and labelling packages appropriately Assembling cardboard packages and prepping for dispatch Maintaining a clean and organised packing area.
Background As a Trainee Packer, you'll have: Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure Previous picking and packing experience (although not essential) Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern each week A positive attitude to work and the drive to get involved where needed.
