As a Trainee Neighbourhood Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Neighbourhood Team Leader in delivering effective neighbourhood services.

What do our Trainee Neighbourhood Officer's do; Engagement with customers: Interacting with community members to understand their needs, concerns, and suggestions. Support for neighbourhood initiatives: Assisting in the planning and execution of local projects aimed at improving community services and facilities. Record keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation related to neighbourhood activities, including feedback from residents and progress reports on initiatives. Collaboration with team members: Working closely with the Neighbourhood Team Leader and other officers to ensure effective service delivery. Training Participation: Engaging in training sessions to develop skills relevant to community management and service provision. What we are looking for; Good standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English. Willingness to work towards a professional qualification in Housing Management A passion for community work and a desire to make a positive impact. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Basic IT skills and familiarity with office software. Demonstrate an understanding and empathy with the needs across diverse groups and individuals. Demonstrate a positive attitude and an excellent customer focus to contribute to great customer service.
