Shift Patterns - rotating days and nights 06:00 18:00 (Mon-Thurs, 48 hrs) @ £11.79/hr 18:00 06:00 (Mon-Thurs, 48 hrs) @ £12.95/hr OR 06:00 18:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £13.84/hr 18:00 06:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £14.96/hr Key Responsibilities: Operate and adjust machinery to ensure efficient production Perform quality checks and resolve issues with the maintenance team Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work with other departments to meet customer quality standards Requirements: Manufacturing or mechanical/engineering experience PLC experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to help improve site operations Taskmaster Resources Ltd is an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
