Trainee Health & Safety

Procast is seeking a driven and safety-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Health & Safety Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction site safety while working towards professional qualifications.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures Conduct risk assessments and method statements for construction projects Monitor compliance with UK health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act Provide training and guidance to site teams on safe work practices Investigate accidents and incidents, recommend corrective actions Maintain detailed records and documentation for regulatory bodies Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety is a top priority Requirements: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification Knowledge of UK construction health and safety regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and problem-solve Eager to learn and take on increasing responsibilities Valid CSCS card and driving license What We Offer: Competitive salary Ongoing training and professional development support Opportunity to work towards IOSH or NEBOSH Diploma Dynamic, safety-focused work environment Career progression within a growing construction company TPBN1_UKTJ
