The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone.
Excellent communication and organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
Own car and full clean UK driving licence required .
Local knowledge of the required area.

Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
Collect and provide feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
Assist in preparing and presenting offers, facilitating smooth negotiation processes.
Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.
