As a Trainee, you will be enrolled in a dedicated 2-3 year training programme, supported by line managers and mentors.
The training programme is a combination of training sessions and on-the-job training within the operational E&I department.
We will support you to develop the necessary competences to successfully pass the assessments for the NVQ qualification.
