Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within City Health Dental Services Driffield for the position of Trainee Dental Nurse.
This role is s a patient facing role, and will involve actively working alongside a Dentist clinically.
The ideal candidate will have a calming, reassuring demeanor, able to work at pace and be motivated to learn.
Main duties of the job The role require the successful candidate to attend Hull College 1 day per week to attain their NEBDN qualification.
The applicant must hold Maths and English A-C or equivalent.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential GCSE Maths and English grade C or above NEBDN Qualification to be undertaken within an agreed timeframe as part of the development role Knowledge Essential Knowledge of a range of administrative procedures Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Desirable Knowledge of Dental Services Knowledge of HTM105 Experience Essential Experience in reception / front line patient facing environment Recent evidence or working in a patient care environment Excellent IT skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Good listening skills Able to adapt to different situations Desirable Experience of working in a clinical environment Dental clinical experience Evidence of personal professional development
