Trainee Customs Process Administrator duties include: Learning basic customs import formalities and procedures using SCDP (Special Customs Declaration Procedures).
Operate Duty Management computer systems.
Assist with the day today management of duty management accounts, ensuring compliance with authorisation and SOPs.
Process customs warehouse removals within compliant timeframes and maintain stock records.
Perform general office administration tasks, such as filing and recordkeeping.
Liaise with HMRC, clients, and suppliers regularly.
