As a Trainee Customer Service Administrator , you'll be part of a friendly and dynamic team based in Belfast .
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of excellent customer service while working in a fun environment.
Your Role: Provide top-notch customer service to both external and internal customers Assist with managing customer inquiries over the phone and via email Learn to navigate our CRM system and other tools to help track and resolve customer issues Support the team in processing paperwork and ensuring all customer records are accurate Work with experienced colleagues to understand compliance and service standards Requirements A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills and a desire to improve tech abilities Ability to work well in a team and support your colleagues No previous experience is required, just a passion for customer service and a friendly demeanor!
