Responsibilities Description of the Business Line or Department The Financial Performance Analysis team works within the Finance (DFIN) division of the bank and acts as a business partner providing local management with in-depth analysis of the Bank consolidated results including Performance monitoring, Commentary and Trending to allow efficient assessment and monitoring of the Bank's activity, as well as enabling informed & effective decision making.
Summary of the key purposes of the role Production of income and asset reporting Production of monthly management information packs/dashboards to relevant stakeholders in the business.
Assist with submission of monthly management account to Head Office Summary of responsibilities Production of all income related accruals and onward input into Olympic and Metrix Total Assets and net newly managed asset reporting Reconciliation of income related balance sheet accounts Reconciliation of banking system income to final income submission Participate in the production of performance information packs such as Banker performance reports All UAT testing for MI system "Metrix" Deal with requests from external and internal auditors Perform all duties in accordance with the principles outlined in the KH Code of Conduct, and the SG Code, as well as the policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities, to ensure that you adhere to a culture that focuses on the long-term sustainability of client relationships and delivers good outcomes to retail clients The employee must know and comply with the regulations, rules and procedures, internal and external applicable in the context of its function and follow the compulsory training
