Job Description Trainee Block Manager \n£25,000 + Bonus + £3600 Car allowance \nFree Parking\n\nBenefits\n* Cycle to work scheme\n* Discounted or free food\n* Enhanced maternity/paternity leave\n* Paid volunteer time\n* Private Health \n* Profit sharing\n* Work from home\n\nTrainee Block Manager duties:\n* Working within the Property Management team, dealing with day to day maintenance issues received via phone, email, letters, and via our website.\n* Ensuring contracts are in place for all services at all properties.\n* Replying to client and leaseholder queries within predefined timescales.\n* Carry out site inspections on a scheduled basis using our bespoke inspection app.\n* Ensure fire risk and health and safety actions are dealt with in a timely manner.\n* Ensure periodic inspections relating to health and safety are undertaken to ensure the company complies with regulations.\n* Attend shareholder/director meetings as and when required.\n* Agree service charge budgets with the accounts department and attend budget meetings when required.\n* Ensure property expenditure is in line with budgeted amounts by periodically checking.\n* Save all correspondence in accordance with company practices.\n* Maintain property database for 'out of hours' service.\n* Promote the good name of the company.\n\nExcellent Customer Service skills are essential along with a good idea of the property industry!\n\nCLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
