An exciting opportunity is available for a Trainee Assessor to join their growing Cardiff office.
The ideal candidate will report to the Managing Internal Quality Assurer with a vision to increase the attainment of positive outcomes through the delivery of training programmes and the undertaking of assessments.
Key duties and responsibilities Specific: Ensure all necessary systems, records, and trainee documentation are kept up to date as per code of practice and award body requirements.
Delivery of training programmes to assigned learners/client ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved.
Covering a regional area, travelling to visit learners in workplace to undertake assessments.
Complete ILPs and map out learning routes for individuals.
Facilitate the availability of tests, additional course materials, and additional training as per required by individuals.
Liaise with other team members in the development of the planning, monitoring, and achievement of agreed performance targets.
Other duties that may be identified from time to time by the company Person Specification Essential: Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
Occupational experience in delivery route.
Full driving Licence with use of own vehicle.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
