Once you have completed your training period you will be responsible for managing existing clients and growing new business within your territory- providing exceptional technical advice and support.
Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a business development plan.
• Building and growing relationships with key contacts to include distributors and merchants.
• Providing exceptional technical advice and solutions to customers, merchants and distributors.
• Representing the business at industry events to include conferences.
To be considered, you will need: • A strong practical background in the arable sector, including a working knowledge of fertiliser.
• Ideally FACTS, although they would consider someone who is willing to work towards this.
• Commercial acumen, the resilience to deal with the challenges of a role in sales.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• A full UK driving license.
