Due to increased demand for our world class products, we're looking for people with related skills to come and join the team as Aerospace Fitters at our large manufacturing site in Filton, Bristol.
Here we manufacture large, complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic componentsand wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.

What We'll Offer If you're joining us on the skills transfer scheme, we'll provide training and support over two years to help you achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 NVQ Technical Certificate Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Aircraft Manufacture Mechanical) If you'll join our skills transfer scheme, your starting salary will be £32,105, rising to £35,336 per annum when fully trained.
If you're an already qualified apprentice within Aerospace, your salary will be £33,946 rising to £35,336 per annum The standard working week is 35 hours, although you may be working shifts and sometimes there is a need for overtime - shift premium and overtime rates are paid.
