As a Traffic Management Supervisor, you will play a key role in enabling our workforce to carry out their activities.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved in... Delegating tasks to maximise productivity Supervising, planning & coordinating work schedules Liaising with clients and Local Authorities Issuing and controlling order numbers for external traffic management hires Ensuring all requirements are understood and consideration given to obtaining best value Guaranteeing compliance with internal operational procedures and external legislative requirements Supervising, mentoring and supporting employees Administration of timesheets for direct and sub-contract labour Producing bespoke traffic management signs Lead and manage health & safety issues Develop new systems to meet the changing business needs We would love to hear from you if ... You hold a full, UK valid driver's licence and must have experience in a traffic management role.
A NRSWA accreditation would be fantastic and Lantra tickets are required.
Overall, we're looking for people who are hardworking, put safety above everything else and are team players.
