Your Role: - Manage daily store operations.
- Build customer relationships.
- Explore new business opportunities.
- Prepare for Open Days and conduct product demonstrations.
- Process orders efficiently.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Assist customers with inquiries and sales.
- Respond to alarm callouts as needed.
- Make calls to existing and new customers.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or security issues to store management.
- Work independently to drive store success and be happy to work independently.
- Be hungry to bring in sales and make a difference.

Preferred Experience: Experience in a D.I.Y.
store or trade store and/or construction, tools, or automotive industries is a plus.
