Key Responsibilities: Process and manage trade parts orders and customer enquiries Provide accurate quotations and timely follow-ups Assist with technical product inquiries and recommendations Handle the processing and return of trade parts Maintain the trade parts catalogue and inventory levels Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective supply chain operations Build and nurture relationships with trade customers Requirements Qualifications: Experience in a trade parts role within the automotive field Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing Familiarity with computer systems and parts catalogues Full UK driving licence Ready to take the next step in your career with LSH Auto?
