Job Description Automotive Trade Parts Advisor needed in the Swanley area.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Parts team of an established and successful Parts hub in the Swanley area.
Job Role – Trade Parts AdvisorJob Location – SwanleySalary – £29,000 plus £6,000 per annum bonus.
This can increase on performance.
Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Responsibilities will include the below but will develop and increase as the successful candidate progresses: Dealing with customers coming into the front counterDealing with customer phone ordersServing the workshop staffProviding quotes to customers and workshop staffChecking in parts deliveriesManaging parts stockTo promote parts sales The ideal candidate will have: Good solid parts background / trade partsTelesales experienceExcellent Customer Service SkillsA good team ethicFlexibilityGood organisational skills
