Job Summary The B2B Trade & Events role has been created to support the sales team and co-ordinate promotional salon and trade material, creative briefing and in-salon merchandising.
The role will focus primarily on project managing the various Trade & salon initiatives that are required to support the retention and growth of B2B customers – domestically and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of social, event and project management and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Role Outline - You will lead in the co-ordination, budgeting and approval process of all Beauty Works Trade marketing materials for UK & International Beauty Works salons, wholesalers and distributors.
- Own the Trade Marketing calendar and related budget working alongside the distribution manager - Work with the International Sales Team, NPD team to develop an eventing calendar in key regions - Work with Distribution manager to execute for training pop-up events & conferences across different international markets quarterly - You will work closely with Marketing teams to ensure trade promotional requirements are briefed and communicated in a timely manner, are within budget & deliver on objectives.
- You will support the Trade Sales executive team and own the Beauty Works Trade Marketing calendar to deliver Trade marketing initiatives such as Events, Education & Training, Seminars & in-salon social media days.
- You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure content is being captured in-salon and reposted and spot-lighted on various channels eg: social, web and CRM.
- You will also work closely with the Ecommerce and Trading teams to leverage the new Partner Rewards program for our Trade Salon professional customers and ensure a seamless experience from https://beautyworks.com/ trade site to encourage trade signs up.
- You will collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, creative, sales, buying, and ecommerce.
Candidate Profile - 2/3 years' experience in marketing role either client-side retail or B2B environment - preferably with hair/beauty experience.
- Proficient in Excel - Excellent communicator – able to give clarity on performance indicators and set direction for strategy - An enthusiasm for the Beauty Works brand, its communities and culture - Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external clients - Event & Project management skills and strong organisational skills - Ability to switch between projects simultaneously whilst also being able to think longer term
