Trade Counter Sales Staff

About us Modern Machinery Supplies Ltd is a Tool Store and Welding Supplies business based in Lisburn.
With Sales Representatives covering the whole of Northern Ireland and very busy Trade Counter.
This is a fast paced environment that can be demanding at times, but with excellent support from existing staff and the Management team Trade Counter Sales Staff duties Include: Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries Provide product information and recommendations to customers Process customer orders and payments accurately Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed Monitoring emailing and dealing with enquiries Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Liaising with suppliers and placing orders Stores duties as and when required Requirements: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Enthusiastic approach to the role with good interpersonal skills Computer literate.
Experience in Sage would be an advantage but is not essential Knowledge and/or a keen interest in tools and equipment would be an distinct advantage Note: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Working hours Monday-Saturday, 40h/week We offer competitive pay and bonus package which is negotiable depending on experience, free parking, staff discount.
