Job Title: Trade Branch Assistant Salary - Basic - £26,300 with OTE £28,300 Location: Yate Our client is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Trade Branch Assistant to join their growing team.

Role Overview: As a Trade Branch Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our branch.
Your responsibilities will include Order processing Stock handling Providing excellent service to customers both on the trade counter and in the yard.
You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and pick customer orders.
Load and unload vehicles using a forklift truck.
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide service information at the trade counter as needed.
Maintain an organised, clean, and professional yard environment.
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
Essential Requirements: Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful approach.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
A basic understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment.
Basic computer skills.
Basic customer service skills Valid forklift truck licence (or willingness to obtain).
