The business is currently in growth mode and adding to its planning team as it has acquired a lot of land (both immediate and strategic) over the past 24 months.
You will be working on several very exciting and high-profile planning applications in London and the Northern Home Counties
You will be a town planner with 2-5 years post-graduation experience in developer, council, or planning consultancy in London.
You will have a good understanding of planning policy in London.
The salary on offer is £40-50k complemented by a comprehensive package.

Responsibilities: As an Assistant Planning Manager, you will have a central role in supervising and orchestrating planning and development initiatives throughout London and the Northern Home Counties.
Your duties encompass:
Engaging with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic development objectives.
Formulating and presenting planning applications, with ongoing communication with regulatory bodies.
Assessing and proposing resolutions for intricate planning and zoning issues.
Sustaining a commitment to ongoing research, keeping up to date with local, regional, and national planning regulations and industry best practices.
Key Requirements Degree qualified and also MRTPI Currently working for a planning consultancy or residential developer/ house developer experience in strategic land Detailed experience in dealing with residential planning applications and appeals.
