Birmingham Senior/Principal Planner (Infrastructure Focus) I'm working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to expand their Birmingham planning team.

Responsibilities: Develop Planning Strategies Planning Feasibility Assessments Prepare Planning Statements Lead Planning Efforts in Multidisciplinary Teams Conduct Site Visits and Client Meetings Project Management and Budget Control Collaborative Cross-Team Work You will have: Proven Technical Expertise Strong Report Writing Skills Organisational & Communication Proficiency Strong Analytical Capabilities Motivation & Drive While MRTPI accreditation is not essential, a strong background in the Infrastructure or Renewables sector or an MRTPI Planner with a keen interest in transitioning is highly desirable.
