£25k - £30k dep on experience Location : Crawley or Cambridgeshire (Hybrid - Mix of Remote & Face-to-Face) Role Type : Permanent, Full-Time (Mon-Fri) Mileage : All travel to learners covered at 45p/mile for the first 10,000 miles then 25p thereafter Benefits : 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 4-day Christmas shutdown (includes Christmas Eve and your birthday off!)

If youre a Maths and English expert with a knack for delivering results, this role is for you.
Your mission: to drive learner success by teaching, coaching, and supporting a caseload of learners, ensuring they meet all regulatory, quality, and funding standards.
Youll help our learners reach their full potential and achieve top outcomes!
Key Responsibilities Work closely with a talented team to create and monitor individual learning plans.
Provide coaching, teaching, and support for Functional Skills in Maths and English.
Engage learners in dynamic, online group sessions via Teams.
Collaborate with Trainer/Coaches, field-based teams, and Area Managers to reach a 75% first-time pass rate in Level 2 Functional Skills.
Track learner progress, updating records to keep learner management data accurate.
Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments to enhance the learner experience.
Attend team meetings and share best practices.
About You Youre committed to fostering a learner-centered approach, actively promoting equality, diversity, and a can-do culture.
Skilled in time management, multi-tasking, and working well under pressure.
A pro at creating and delivering engaging Maths and English lessons.
Confident using IT and knowledgeable about the apprenticeship framework.
