Timetable Officer

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about organisation and efficiency?
We're looking for a Timetable Officer to join our Property and Facilities team on a 6-month contract.
This role is key to ensuring seamless scheduling and space management across a dynamic academic environment.
What You'll Be Doing: - Collaborating with academic departments to create accurate and efficient timetables.
- Managing data entry, student schedules, and ad-hoc room bookings.
- Producing reports on teaching loads, space utilisation, and other key metrics.
- Maintaining and updating timetabling systems and web pages.
- Providing training and excellent customer support to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For: - Experience with timetabling and scheduling systems (e.g., Semestry's Termtime).
- Strong IT and data management skills, including proficiency in Excel and web tools.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
