About the Role As a Talent Manager with Talenture, you'll be the primary contact and coach for our TikTok LIVE creators.
You'll scout new and promising talent, manage creator growth, and work with your roster to maximize their streaming potential.
This role emphasizes proactive creator recruiting, with a huge impact on creators' success and income potential.
This is a commission-based role that grows as your roster's success grows, with opportunities for internal growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities Scouting & Heavy Recruitment: Identify and recruit up-and-coming TikTok creators who show potential to thrive on TikTok LIVE, expanding Talenture's creator network.
Talent Management: Onboard, manage, and support a roster of creators with training and resources, positioning them for long-term success.
Performance Optimization: Review creator metrics regularly, providing guidance to improve content quality, engagement, and audience growth.
Community Building: Collaborate with creators to build a loyal fanbase, utilizing Talenture's resources to increase visibility and engagement.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends and platform updates to bring new insights to creators.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of creator communications, progress, and performance using our agency's tools.
Qualifications Experience: 1+ years in talent management, social media, influencer recruitment, or related fields.
Sales experience is a plus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to foster and sustain creator relationships.
TikTok Knowledge: Familiarity with TikTok LIVE features like diamonds, gifting, battles, and multi-guest events is preferred.
Independence: Self-starter with a proactive mindset, comfortable managing tasks independently.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and a basic understanding of Discord for creator and fan engagement.
