Job Title: TIG Fabricator Hourly Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Location: Tewkesbury Basis: Permanent We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Fabricate and weld both ferrous and non-ferrous assemblies according to customer specifications.
Finish and polish welded components to ensure high-quality output.
Identify and learn from errors to prevent recurrence.
Inspect produced components to verify they meet required specifications.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Essential Skills: Strong expertise in TIG welding and associated fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with relevant safety standards and commitment to using protective gear.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
Collaborate effectively with team members to promote best practices in production.
