The Ticketing Manager will deliver a customer-focused ticketing function in support of the ticketing strategy at Alexandra Palace. Experience playing a lead role in the ticketing function in an arts, music or leisure environment is essential along with box office experience and strong numeracy skills.
This is a full time, permanent role.
The salary is circa £35,000pa depending on experience
Key duties include: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage live ticketing inventory on events sold through the in-house system (Spektrix), and through ticketing partner (Dice) Manage the set-up and build of events on the in-house ticketing system and partner dashboard ensuring on-sales, allocations, pricings and holds are accurately captured Develop relationships with ticket agents, producers and other agencies overseeing their ticket sales providing data insights and accurate reporting Review the customer journey for ticketed events recommending improvements Manage event settlements, ticket agency reconciliations and invoicing Train front of house staff in ticketing processes and procedures. Essential: eligible to work in the UK Experience playing a lead role in the delivery of a ticketing function in an arts, music or leisure environment Experience analysing customer date to identify trends Understanding of the customer journey and awareness of channels in relation to ticket sales Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear instruction Strong Excel and numeracy skills Well organised with ability to prioritise Desirable: Experience using a ticketing system to set up events Experience working with financial data Experience using website CMS (WordPress) Experience using an email marketing platform (Dotdigital) This is not an exhaustive list.
