Are you a Maintenance Engineer working in a commercial building and open to a new exciting site based in the Maidenhead area.
This Facilities Services Provider have recently picked up this brand new state of the art site and are currently recruiting a Resident Maintenance Engineer to cover planned and reactive works to the building.
As Resident Maintenance Engineer you could be either a good all rounds Fabric Engineer or a Multi Skilled Engineer with working knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems on large site.
A trade qualification, basic electrical or Mechanical skills or qualifications would be desirable but not essential as this site are looking for the right person in terms of experience but also personality and client facing skills.
As Resident Engineer you will be the first point of call for any maintenance and repair tasks that arise on site, your role will be to attend the issue and do the initial fault finding or repairs prior to calling out the relevant skilled engineer.
You will also be responsible for Statutory Compliance on site such as - fire alarm testing, water temp checks, legionella testing (training can be provided) Training and upskilling will be available and for the right candidate things like 18th Edition, L8 for Legionella etc... What is on offer, you will be working on a brand new site with all the trimmings, parking available and also some great benefits.A salary range depending on experience £35-40k however for Electrical or Mechanical qualified Engineers this can be increased.
