We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Technician to support therapy delivery across these two neighbouring sites.
This role offers an opportunity to work as part of a skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team, providing personalised care and support to help service users achieve their rehabilitation goals.

What you'll be working: This role is 22.5 hours (3 days) per week.
What you'll be doing: Assist therapists in delivering tailored therapy programs Undertake assessments and treatments for residents who have been screened by a therapist and deemed appropriate for Technician intervention Take responsibility for a caseload of residents, assessing, devising and implementing treatment programs Lead or facilitate one-to-one and group therapy sessions Monitor, record, and report on service user progress Help with therapy equipment setup and maintenance Encourage client engagement and participation in therapy activities Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights For further details, please see the attached job description.
What you'll have: Previous experience in a healthcare, therapy, or rehabilitation setting is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
