Bristol Hospital (Stapleton, M32): Our Grade II listed hospital building is set in extensive grounds, just off the M32 and less than three miles from the centre of Bristol, with free on-site parking.
We offer 77 beds over seven wards, providing a wide range of services, including Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU), eating disorders, acute care, rehab and recovery.
Our collaborative environment fosters opportunities to gain experience in various services.
This is a role for a Therapy Services Administrator to be based at Bristol Priory Hospital.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience of working in an administration role.
We are looking for someone who is able to answer phone calls in a professional telephone manner, deal with customer queries, signpost and redirect questions.
The post holder will: - Ensure the reception area is maintain to a clean, tidy and maintained to a professional standard.
- Update patient details within Priory systems, ensuring accuracy of all data input.
- Process specified invoices, investigating and resolving invoicing queries.
- Proactively manage therapy costs, ensuring accurate rates and bill codes are utilised.
