Job summary An Exciting role with the Community Services as a B3 Therapy assistant to provide Therapy, rehab and care to patients in the Community in their own homes Main duties of the job The Community Therapy team are looking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Therapy Assistants to join our friendly, dedicated and dynamic team working in rehabilitation.
We treat people with a wide range of conditions, working with patients in their own homes.The service covers the west area of West Sussex, including Midhurst, Chichester, Witterings, Selsey, Arundel and Pulborough.The posts can be full time or part time and the service covers 8am-8pm, seven days a week.We are looking for candidates who like working with people and are reliable, flexible and adaptable in their work.
Previous experience as a Therapy Technician, Assistant or similar is desirable.
Our ideal candidates will enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills, and want to work in the community within a supportive multidisciplinary team, helping to implement timely and person-centred assessments and rehabilitation.Full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
