Therapist Position For Enhanced Support

We are seeking a motivated Therapist to join our team in East Midlands, providing exceptional support to individuals with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC and RCOT.
Strong clinical problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication are essential.
You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary therapy team to create an inclusive environment where individuals can flourish and develop.
A holistic approach to care, education, and clinical services is highly valued.
As part of this role, you will conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
You will also contribute to the maintenance of accurate records.
